Get to Know Grace

Grace has served our community as a Notary Public since 2020 while working at Attorney Keith Smartt's office as a Legal Assistant. She worked with Mr. Smartt for around 3 years and left that office in 2022. The greatest thing about working with Mr. Smartt was serving the people in her community!

Grace is familiar with producing, editing, proofreading legal documents before notarizations. She has been a writing tutor at Motlow State Community College since 2017 and has produced a host of materials for students and tutors to reference. In addition to this, she has been published in the 2022 Spring edition of the literary journal "The Dangling Modifier," has been featured in the 2021 edition of the U.S News and World Report’s “Best Colleges Guide,” and featured as well as in the “Student Spotlight” on the Bill of Rights Institute's website.

Grace brings professionalism, integrity, diligence, and care to all aspects of her work. Grace attended Motlow State Community College and received her associates degree in Political Science and later received her bachelor's degree in Human Behavior and Workplace Leadership with minors in Business Management and Leadership from Tennessee Technological University.

Grace is a Christian singer/songwriter, musician, minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and poet at heart. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, volunteering, and writing on her blog "Freedom of Our Speech." In her own words, "the best place to be is in the center of God's will. That's where I always want to be."
