Services Offered: Notary and Wedding Officiant FAQs

What Services Do I Offer?

1. Mobile Notary: I offer notarizations of documents, including court documents, bill of sales, property deeds, power of attorneys and wills. I can come to your location to notarize any documents. I also notarize transfer authorization forms, Vital Statistics Forms (death certificates), Cremation and Disposition Authorization Forms, among others.

2. Wedding Officiant: I am prepared to officiate your wedding, sign your marriage license, and help you prepare for next steps!

3. Proofreading/Tutoring: I offer proofreading and writing tutoring services. I have functioned as a tutor forcollege students since 2017.

4. Process Server: I serve pre-prepared civil warrants.

I was previously employed by an attorney, so I understand and value the importance of detail-oriented execution.

What is a Notary?
A notary is a state officials authorized by their county to acknowledge signatures upon personal knowledge or satisfactory proof, to administer oaths, to record and/or transcribe depositions, and to confirm the authenticity of signatures on affidavits. This definition comes from the Tennessee Secretary of State (tn.gov).

What is a Wedding Officiant?
A wedding officiant is legally ordained to host the wedding ceremony. This definition comes from WeddingOfficiants.com. As your Wedding Officiant, I will also complete the marriage license.
